✓This role will see you act as the first point of contact for, and you will be tasked with managing any requirements/requests and seeing them through to completion
✓In this role you will be challenged with handling no-code/low-code platform configurations, alongside similar tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
✓My client is offering to support your career development from support with ServiceNow badges and certifications to providing a Senior Developer to mentor you throughout.
✓You will:
✓* Manage the platform team backlog of incidents and requests
✓* Fulfil user admin requests and permissions management
✓* Perform data imports and exports where required
✓* Build team reports and dashboards illustrating sprint velocity, incident resolution and request fulfilment trends and metrics
