Description✓Senior Customer Support Engineer
✓Location: Dublin [Hybrid]
✓Salary: €46,000 plus excellent benefits
✓We are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Support Engineer who will be responsible for customer support queries
✓You will ensure that these queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
✓The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Application Support, plus excellent communication skills.
✓Duties:
✓Managing customer experience within the client's existing product range
✓Proactively responding to customer needs
✓Consulting with key customer stakeholders in technical and business roles throughout all branches of the company
✓Providing technical advice to your account management teamRequirements:
✓3rd level degree in Computer Science or a relative IT field
✓Experience in a relationship management position
✓3+ Years' experience in Application Support
✓Experience in Windows/UNIX servers [highly desirable]
