Description✓Technical Support
✓Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Support person to join our client based in Crewe.
✓The successful Technical Support person will be responsible for:
✓Fully supporting the warehouse management system, the RRP warehouse management system, B2B, B2C and Track and Trace systems and connected software and hardware.
✓Maintaining the operational availability of the Crewe systems at an acceptable level
✓Supporting the operation of the site by ensuring that systems and applications are running efficiently.
✓Resolving any technical issues in a timely and accurate manner
✓Assisting the Engineering team with both technical and mechanical issues
✓Supporting ongoing business critical projects in the team
✓Looking after systems; warehouse management systems and local IT admin
✓Liaising with entire company from warehouse to directors
✓The Technical Support person will have:
✓First or Second line desktop support experience
✓Project management/change management/application management
✓Knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL Database manipulation
✓ITIL experience
✓Understanding of PLC communications within robotic/automation warehouse environments
