✓Technical Support Assistant - The Role:
✓Biorbyt has an exciting opportunity for a driven person with a degree in Life Sciences to join our product team
✓You will work with the product manager to support customers with their technical queries, update product data information for our website, and carry out routine tasks in the lab, such as antibody conjugation.
✓Technical Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
✓- General understanding and awareness of Biorbyt Group and its strategic aims
✓- Dealing with technical inquiries from customers via our CRM system
✓- Carrying out routine lab work such as antibody conjugation and lyophilisation
✓- Improving product data via system uploads, technical review, and working with the data team
✓- Working closely with the Operations department to ensure timely completion of lab work necessary to fulfil customer orders.
✓Technical Support Assistant - You:
✓- Ability to prioritise
✓- “CAN DO” attitude for working within a small dynamic entrepreneurial biotech company
✓- Project management skills
✓- IT proficiency - Excel [basic skills plus V-look ups and Pivot Tables]
✓- Lively and enquiring mind with a logical approach to work, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
✓- Organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
✓- IT proficiency - Excel [basic skills plus V-look ups and Pivot Tables]
✓- Education level: Degree level at least in a Life Sciences related field such as biochemistry, biology, microbiology
