Technical Systems Administrator
Description✓Are you an experienced Technical Administrator with a keen interest in supporting users of business systems and ensuring all systems are running smoothly?
✓Our client are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their technical team, on a contract basis where you will be responsible for developing, designing and administrating Service Cloud, Salesforce CRM and the Events system
✓The key element of the role will be to design the implementation of existing and new processes for our client’s system
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓System development and administration of Freshdesk and Salesforce CRM
✓Designing technical solutions, system development and system administration
✓Provide support for RemedyForce for external helpdesks
✓Provide system support and development on Jira
✓Ensure all system documentation is up to date
✓To maintain service desk reportsEssential Skills
✓Must have experience as a technical administrator
✓Must have experience working on technical support desks
✓Able to manage stakeholders both internal and external
✓Administration of cloud base systems
✓Experience of technical user support
✓Maintain system documentationThis role is initially a 3 month contract but could extend to 12 months
