✓This role also offers a rare opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with a background in residential conveyancing to take on a new challenge within commercial property and real estate
✓Full support and training will be given from the existing senior fee earners enabling you to transfer your existing skills within property law and develop your career in a brand-new area of law.
✓This is what you'll be doing:
✓Manage a diverse caseload of general commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, development agreements, and acquisitions.
✓Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, conducting thorough legal research and ensuring accurate and up-to-date guidance.
✓Draft and negotiate various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
✓Conduct due diligence to ensure legal compliance and minimise risk for clients.
✓Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex transactions, enhancing your knowledge and skills.The experience you'll bring to the team:
✓Ideally, you'll have 2-5 years' experience in commercial or residential property law, but newly qualified applicants will also be considered.
✓Strong expertise in managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, development agreements, and acquisitions.
✓A commercial mindset, with the ability to provide advice to a diverse client base.
✓Confident working independently and demonstrating organisational intelligence and communication skills.
✓Excellent verbal and numerical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.And this is what you'll get in return:
