✓My client, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to deal with customer queries via inbound calls and emails.
✓ssful candidate for this role you will need:
✓• 6 months contact centre experience – desirable
✓• The ability to hold a great conversation with customers and excellent customer service skills
✓• Flexibility to support across the customer service team.
✓• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally.
✓• A desire to learn new things and to be able to retain lots of information
