Description✓JOB TITLE: EL / PL Fee Earner
✓HOURS: Full Time
✓35 Hours
✓3 days remote
✓SALARY: £25K-£35K DOE

✓YOUR DAY TO DAY:
✓You will manage a quality caseload of Complex, pre and post litigated EL/PL files
✓The ideal candidate will have recent and proven EL/PL experience litigation and we are happy to consider both Claimant & Defendant Solicitors/Fee Earners.
✓CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF:
✓Experience in drafting CNFs
✓submitting stage 2 settlement packs
✓valuing medical reports and preparing Part 8 claim forms
✓schedules of special damages along with costs and disbursements.
✓Proven rack record of billing in handling litigated cases.
✓Ability to handle employer's liability fast track cases, including experience with the portal
✓Familiarity with civil procedure rules, precedent, and litigation trends.
✓Demonstrable experience handling litigated files from inception to trial/disposal hearings.
✓Willingness to take on challenging cases and make difficult decisions for our clients' best interests.BENEFITS:
