✓We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fee Earner to join our client’s dynamic legal team based in Liverpool
✓As a Fee Earner, you will play a crucial role in managing and progressing a caseload of client matters, ensuring that the highest standards of service and legal advice are always provided.

✓Responsibilities:
✓- Manage a diverse caseload of client matters, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
✓- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
✓- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining exceptional levels of client care.
✓- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
✓- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other relevant appointments as required.
✓- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
✓- Keep abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments.
✓- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documentation, and billing information.
✓- Adhere to strict ethical and professional standards, maintaining client confidentiality.
✓Requirements:
✓- Minimum of 1 year file handling experience.
✓- Strong knowledge and expertise, demonstrating a track record of success.
✓- Excellent understanding of legal principles, procedures, and best practices.
✓- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
✓- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
✓- Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.
✓- Proficient in using legal research tools and case management software.
✓- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
