✓* Discuss claims and provide screening with the agreed criteria
✓* Operate the case management sstem
✓* Assess prospecs and prepare the letter of claim
✓* ENsure compliance with court deadlines
✓Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
✓* Previous housing disrepair experience
✓* Previous litigation experience
✓* Excellent telephone manner
