Description✓A specialist law firm based in Blackburn is seeking an experienced fee earner to join their highly regarded Industrial Disease department.

✓The Industrial Disease department handles a range of cases, including asbestosis, Noise-Induced Hearing Loss [NIHL], asthma, and other lung-related diseases.
✓The role primarily involves managing a litigated caseload of fast and multi-track Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims
✓Therefore, a minimum of 2 years' prior experience in this type of work is preferred, along with a comfort level in handling litigated matters.
✓As part of a larger personal injury team, you will receive support from a Partner who can provide guidance and supervision as needed
✓However, this role is predominantly standalone and requires self-sufficiency.
✓The salary for this position will be dependent on experience or PQE level, ranging between £30,000 and £40,000
