✓You will join the team as an Account Executive responsible for providing quotations for both new business and existing client renewals.
✓• Deal with clients over the phone and email, providing prompt communication to ensure dela renewal rates are met.
✓• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about insurance cover and costs.
✓• Adhere to underwriting authority guidelines.
✓• Follow the company guidelines for providing new quotations and providing suitable products for customers.
✓• Ensure all information you provide is clear and not misleading.
