L&T Litigation Paralegal
Description✓Paralegal or trainee ILEX required to join specialist litigation firm in Sussex dealing with L&T work [role also offers 100% home/remote working].
✓You will be joining a team of lawyers dealing with residential Landlord & Tenant litigation work which includes rent/service charge recovery, possession cases and some tenancy disputes, acting mainly for London based Landlords, Residential Management Companies and property owners.
✓Work includes undisputed long lease breach cases, which will include both service charge matters and non-monetary matters together with tenancy possession claims,
✓Candidates must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems and have at least six month previous experience dealing with either Debt Recovery work or L&T litigation.
✓This role offers either 2 days in the office [3 days working remotely] or there is an option for the role to be 100% remote [depending on experience].
