Description✓My client, a national law firm, has an exciting permanent opportunity to join their growing and well-established office in Bristol
✓They are looking for an Office Manager who will bring the whole office together and create a lovely team environment for everyone to be part of.

✓Office Manager Responsibilities:
✓* Overseeing daily operations and the smooth running of the office to include facility maintenance.
✓* Oversee Health and Safety in the office
✓* Be the office First Aider, Mental First Aider and Fire Warden
✓* Responsible for access and security to the buildings/office
✓* Receiving clients, managing the meeting rooms
✓* Coordination of couriers
✓* Maintain stationary and catering requirements
✓* Produce Board meeting reports
✓* Be the 1st line of support/assistance with IT matters
✓* Events organiser for company and client events
✓* Oversee office compliance
✓* Arrange a monthly well-being program for staff
✓Administration Responsibilities
✓* Making hotel and travel arrangements
✓* Multiple Diary management
✓* Electronic payments and bank verifying
✓* Processing expenses
✓* Document preparation
✓* Compliance administration
✓* Time and fund transfers
✓* Preparing reports - PowerPoint presentations
✓* Monthly client billing administration and debt chasing
✓Person Specification:
✓* Professional approach,
✓* Great communication skills at all levels
✓* Be able to use your own initiative with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and methodical in approach.
✓* To be able to prioritise and work to deadlines, flexible
✓* In depth knowledge of databases and tracking systems
✓* Able to bring the team together and be the central point of contact.
