They are looking for an Office Manager who will bring the whole office together and create a lovely team environment for everyone to be part of.
The company is a modern and ambitious law firm, they have attained numerous awards for the care of their staff and invest in supporting them throughout their careers.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily operations and the smooth running of the office to include facility maintenance.
* Oversee Health and Safety in the office
* Be the office First Aider, Mental First Aider and Fire Warden
* Responsible for access and security to the buildings/office
* Receiving clients, managing the meeting rooms
* Coordination of couriers
* Maintain stationary and catering requirements
* Produce Board meeting reports
* Be the 1st line of support/assistance with IT matters
* Events organiser for company and client events
* Oversee office compliance
* Arrange a monthly well-being program for staff
Administration Responsibilities
* Making hotel and travel arrangements
* Multiple Diary management
* Electronic payments and bank verifying
* Processing expenses
* Document preparation
* Compliance administration
* Time and fund transfers
* Preparing reports - PowerPoint presentations
* Monthly client billing administration and debt chasing
Person Specification:
* Professional approach,
* Great communication skills at all levels
* Be able to use your own initiative with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and methodical in approach.
* To be able to prioritise and work to deadlines, flexible
* In depth knowledge of databases and tracking systems
* Able to bring the team together and be the central point of contact.
