✓We have a new opportunity for a permanent Private Client Solicitor to join our client based in Newcastle with an attractive salary on offer.
✓
✓Responsibilities:
✓
✓Taking on an existing caseload and building up own caseload through marketing and business development
✓Handling a wide range of non-contentious Private Client matters primarily; drafting both simple and more complex Wills, administering both taxable and non-taxable Estates, dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and deputyship applications, creation and administration of trusts, understanding of taxation issues and estate planning
✓Working autonomously; running and being responsible for own caseload
✓Be able to work with minimal supervision but guidance, support and supervision will be available from our Stockton Office
✓Hybrid working available Requirements:
✓
✓Previous PQE experience and technical knowledge
✓Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
✓Good attention to detail
✓Work independently but also to be a team player
✓Enthusiasm and confidence for business development and marketing initiatives
