✓The role will potentially expand beyond the front-desk and involved some administrative work, with the opportunity for internal progression!
✓Receptionist Responsibilities:
✓Greeting staff and clients in a professional and friendly manner
✓Preparing meeting rooms and keeping client areas clean and tidy
✓Monitoring the front-desk phone as well as handling the office post
✓Supporting business administration when/where suitable
✓Ideal Candidate Profile:
✓Ideally some exposure to office administration work
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓Positive outlook and professional attitude
✓Strong IT skills, a good understanding of basic Microsoft Office package
