✓The Player care role is a key role at the centre of our academy
✓You will be confident in building professional relationships with players, parents and carers
✓You will support the planning, development and delivery of a high-quality package for all players
✓You will also work alongside our education department to deliver the life skills programme.
✓As part of this role you will be required to attend matches [as well as trips and tours where agreed] to support the players in the relevant age phases.
✓Your background
✓It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the “pressure points” of professional football
✓You will also have experience of working with young people within an Elite Sports Environment, Educational setting or social services
✓A good level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial.
