Account Manager
Description✓We are partnering with a fast growing, dynamic business who work in the events industry who are looking for a Account Manager to join their busy department.
✓The role will suit someone who wants to work in a buzzy, sociable and target driven environment who will offer scope for progression and full training and support.
✓The right candidate will be a strong communicator and have exceptional organisation skills.
✓The main duties are:

✓Build relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
✓2
✓Liaise with clients daily to organise events from enquiry through to completion.
✓3
✓Preparing quotations and presentations for a variety of different events whilst keeping up to date with pricing and trends to remain competitive within our market.
✓4
✓Negotiating quoting and budget processes with clients and suppliers to ensure budgets and profit margins are adhered to
✓5
✓Able to multi-task and manage multiple events / tasks at any given time, whilst ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
✓6
✓Organising and managing all event logistics to include tasks such as scheduling necessary equipment, booking transport, sourcing, and booking accommodation and travel, any other operational and administrative event related tasks.

✓Overseeing admin support and freelancers daily
✓8
✓Managing a large volume of information and processing through various contact means and documentation [e.g., phone calls, email correspondence, office package etc]
✓9
✓Attend events and site visits [Potentially out of hours as necessary]
✓10
✓Be available on the phone / email during events [this will include evening and weekends as necessary]
✓11
✓Daily communication with internal departments Group team - such as the warehouse, finance team, health, and safety departments
