Accounts Assistant
Description✓Gymfinity Kids is the UK’s newest gymnastics and Ninja operator
✓With several centres in the UK and aggressive growth plans we’re now hiring an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing team.
✓You will have a positive attitude and an adaptable approach suitable to operating at pace and switching between priorities
✓You will be able to work of your own initiative but also as part of the team.
✓Reporting to the Finance Manager, some of the duties will include:
✓* Managing Accounts Inbox and liaising with suppliers accordingly
✓* Processing Supplier Invoices on NetSuite
✓* Supplier Statement Reconciliations
✓* Assisting with weekly payment Run
✓* Assisting with preparation of VAT and Monthly Management accounts
✓* Bank reconciliation
✓* Booking hotels for senior team members
✓* Customer invoicing and credit control
✓* Support customer service with customer refunds and any payment related queries
✓* Ad hoc administrative assistance as required
✓The right candidate will have opportunities to get involved with other aspects of the accounts function as they develop.
✓Your skills & experience will include:
✓Part qualified accountant – ACCA / CIMA / ACA
✓Would consider AAT qualified candidate that is looking to curry on with further education.
✓High attention to details.
✓Highly professional and confident using Microsoft Office tools.
