Bookings Administrator
Description✓Permanent Bookings Administrator, based in Stockport, up to £23,000, immediate starting

✓This long-standing organisation based in Stockport is looking for a bookings administrator to join their team
✓They're an excellent business which is growing from strength to strength
✓Your new role
✓You will be responsible for providing administration support to events and bookings
✓This includes inputting booking details into the system accurately and ensuring that the customer has received all the relevant information
✓You will also be dealing with POs, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, responding to emails and calls, handling queries regarding bookings and other ad-hoc duties required by the team and business.
✓What you'll need to succeed
✓Your previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role
✓Ideally you will have some experience within events administration but this is not essential
✓You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and can prioritise your work effectively
✓You're a team player and can work well within a small business and team
✓You're personable, friendly and happy to help out where you can
✓You will be able to access the office in Stockport Monday to Friday.
