Business Travel Consultant
Description✓Our client in Aberdeen are well established and have been creating bespoke travel solutions for over 30 years
✓A fun and rewarding company, they seek an experienced Business Travel Consultant, a new role due to expansion.
✓This Business Travel Consultant position is home based but will ideally be within a 2 hour commute of the ABERDEEN office, as this client likes team members to travel into the office one day per month
✓However, fully remote will be considered.
✓Hours are 3:30pm-midnight Monday-Friday + 1 weekend per month day shift, and you should have a working knowledge of Sabre, or Amadeus.

✓You will need to be passionate about travel and have Travel management experience [TMC - Travel Management Company], with the hunger and drive to offer the best travel options to clients to enable them to make an informed decision, meeting SLA’s
✓ Building confidence in clients to ensure they are delighted with the offerings, to ensure repeat business
✓The ability to build lasting relationships, with client satisfaction and client retention every step of the way.
✓
✓Ideally a solid background within Corporate Travel, this Business Travel Consultant will have a good eye for detail, with a good command of the English language
✓ Work well under pressure, proactive, thriving to meet deadlines
✓ You will be computer literate, with the ability to navigate new systems at ease [they use Sabre or Amadeus]. Need to have knowledge of GDS [Global Distribution System].
