✓The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy kitchen, preparing meals and managing their work station
✓These opportunities include both Sous Chef and Chef de Partie positions.
✓Duties:
✓- Preparation and creation of gourmet dishes
✓- Working in a busy kitchen
✓- Provide an excellent fine-dining experience to guests
✓- Plating Food creatively and maximising Customer enjoyment
✓- Storing, preparing and cooking food to high standards of food hygiene following up to date rules of food safety and health & safety
