✓Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
✓Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

✓Ensure the club remains at the forefront of technical advances
✓You will be responsible for all aspects of the Supporter Services contact centre system which manages the clubs communication including live chat, email, voice calls, bot and our knowledge base tool 'Ask Albion'
✓You will also help improve efficiency within the Supporter Services team through effective routing with standardised messaging for calls, chat and emails.

✓Your background
✓This is a technical role, so you will ideally you will have previous or current experience of managing a contact centre system or ticketing system and used to being a back office admin on systems [examples been part of set-ups and reporting]
✓You will be a strategic person and have stakeholder management skills as you will work with a number of different departments across the club.
