Customer Service/Sales Support

DescriptionOur client based in East Grinstead is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support member of staff to join their busy travel sales support team.
Hours for this role will be Monday-Friday 9-5.30 with one Saturday to work in a 4 week period currently.
There will be approximately 6 weeks training.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide exceptional service to all customers both in the booking process and post booking both directly and by assisting the sales team
Specific tasks include:
* Booking Quality Checks “Authorisation” and customer invoicing
* Bookings Administration – ensuring all components booked
* Assist with overflow calls in peak times
* Assist in balance chasing
* Pre departure customer calls
* Assist in customer care issues
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Good understanding of the English language both oral and written
* Numerate
* Excel in customer service
* Good attention to detail
* Prior Travel background is a huge advantage but not a necessity
