Customer Service/Sales Support
Description✓Our client based in East Grinstead is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support member of staff to join their busy travel sales support team.
✓Hours for this role will be Monday-Friday 9-5.30 with one Saturday to work in a 4 week period currently.
✓There will be approximately 6 weeks training.
✓KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓To provide exceptional service to all customers both in the booking process and post booking both directly and by assisting the sales team
✓Specific tasks include:
✓* Booking Quality Checks “Authorisation” and customer invoicing
✓* Bookings Administration – ensuring all components booked
✓* Assist with overflow calls in peak times
✓* Assist in balance chasing
✓* Pre departure customer calls
✓* Assist in customer care issues
✓SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
✓* Excellent verbal communication skills
✓* Good understanding of the English language both oral and written
✓* Numerate
✓* Excel in customer service
✓* Good attention to detail
✓* Prior Travel background is a huge advantage but not a necessity Show more →
