✓We are looking for a Duty Manager who is passionate about working in the leisure industry.
✓Located in Erith we are a modern facility offering a 25m Swimming Pool, 90 station Gym, Sports hall, Crèche, and a friendly onsite Café

✓The Opportunity

✓The Duty Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Centre including health and safety, customer service and financial procedures
✓*
✓Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the operational team.
✓The Person
✓*
✓It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
✓*
✓The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of the leisure industry.
✓*
✓You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
✓*
✓A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course.
✓*
✓Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operators qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
