Duty Manager
Description✓Futureactive are seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager [36 hours per week] to work in a busy Leisure Centre in Richmond, South West London.
✓You will be an integral part of the operations team, with responsibility for membership sales
✓You’ll also be involved in the day to day plant operation, including topping up etc
✓with chemicals, backwashing and other associated duties, including water tests.
✓The working pattern for this post involves working a 36 hour shift rota, which will include a mix of early mornings, daytime and evening shifts, both during the week and at weekends
✓The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
✓We're seeking an individual with
✓*
✓recognised fitness qualification or a sports/recreation/management or sales qualification.
✓*
✓NPLQ and Pool Plant qualified.
✓As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the provision and operation of safe, efficient and effective facilities and customer service
✓Including providing high quality customer care to all users and assisting with increasing sport and fitness participation.
✓We’re looking for someone with previous experience of working in a health and fitness environment or relevant sales experience
✓A good understanding of sales and the sales process and some pool plant experience.
