About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Events Executive to support our Senior Events Manager in planning and executing virtual, hybrid and in-person events to a varied audience
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events from start to finish, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the events and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including virtual, hybrid and in-person events.
Conduct research on venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that the best options are selected for each event.
Assist with managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all events are delivered within budget.
Liaise with speakers, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met and that they have an enjoyable and successful experience.
Collaborate with the events team to create event timelines, run sheets, and other documents necessary for successful event execution.
Assist with post-event evaluation, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and implementing changes to improve future events.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in virtual and hybrid events.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
