Groups Operation Executive

✓Our client is offering training and development for a Travel Agent / Operations Executive to join their team
✓You will be responsible for booking, supporting tours throughout Ireland and work closely with suppliers.
✓This is a Hybrid position, Monday to Friday ONLY
✓Travel Agent Responsibilities:
✓* Managing booking requirements.
✓* Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements including meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains and coaches.
✓* Maintaining regular contact with our suppliers.
✓* Contracting bus companies and ferries
✓* Quality control of services.
✓* Responsibility for operational costs for the area.
✓* Participation in preparation of data for budgets.
✓* Managing booking requirements: keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes.
✓Travel Agent Requirements:
✓* Proficiency in English.
✓* Good knowledge of Ireland required
✓* Work experience in a field related to tourism or Hospitality.
✓* Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to work with all levels of employees.
✓* The ability to work under tight deadlines and with budget constraints.
✓* Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills.
