Description
The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:
All areas of HR Administration
Providing advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, escalating cases when necessary
Providing advice and guidance to employees
Organising probationary reviews
Leading on all areas of absence management
Creating and maintaining employee files
Assisting in the management of the HRIS
Managing the induction and onboarding process
Assisting in the leaver process
Assisting in the annual pay review processProfile
The successful HR Assistant will have:
A proven track record within a similar role
CIPD L3 [or working towards] or above
IT Literate including all Microsoft Office Applications
An understanding of HR Information Systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail
