✓The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:
✓All areas of HR Administration
✓Providing advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, escalating cases when necessary
✓Providing advice and guidance to employees
✓Organising probationary reviews
✓Leading on all areas of absence management
✓Creating and maintaining employee files
✓Assisting in the management of the HRIS
✓Managing the induction and onboarding process
✓Assisting in the leaver process
✓Assisting in the annual pay review processProfile
✓The successful HR Assistant will have:
✓A proven track record within a similar role
✓CIPD L3 [or working towards] or above
✓IT Literate including all Microsoft Office Applications
✓An understanding of HR Information Systems
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓A keen eye for detail
