We're seeking an HR Officer to shape our positive workplace culture and drive HR excellence in a leading logistics organization based in Leeds

Responsibilities:
* Support HR strategy development and implementation aligned with the business plan.
* Ensure HR policies comply with legislation and best practices, overseeing audits.
* Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and improve recruitment processes.
* Enhance employee engagement and retention, promote the employer brand.
* Drive employee development, manage training programs and initiatives.
* Advise on employee relations matters, handle performance and grievance issues.
* Assist in implementing remuneration and employee benefits policies.
* Maintain compliance with GDPR, ISOs, and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
* Confident in communicating at all levels.
