Maintenance Person
Description✓We are a small family owned Lodge Park situated within a stunning area of Derbyshire.
✓Offering peace and relaxation, we cater for couples and families looking for an idyllic holiday to explore the local area or simply relax

✓We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to live and work on our pretty holiday park. The park consists of 36 luxury holiday lodges and the role will involve working a 5.5 day week offering time off on a Sunday afternoon and Wednesday.
✓Days of work will include weekends, bank holidays and split shifts to cover evening security and late check ins. You will assist in the day to day running of the park, with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will be fully responsible for all hot tub maintenance and checks, ensuring they are always ready for our guests and kept immaculately clean.

✓Duties will be variable but will mainly include the following:
✓
✓Meeting and greeting guests
✓Ensuring all park areas are kept safe and tidy
✓Carrying out regular hot tub maintenance for the lodges on change over days
✓Undertaking minor DIY jobs in accommodation and around the park as required
✓Helping in reception, taking payments and assisting park guests with any enquiries
✓Ensuring any issues are promptly dealt with and passed onto the appropriate department
✓Security checks around the park and monitoring the entrance gate
✓On call in the evenings in case of emergency
✓Acting as Duty Park Manager as and when required in the absence of the Owner/Park Manager The Person
✓We are looking for a hard working, smartly presented person with an outgoing, friendly and helpful attitude. A hands on approach is required in order to help out with repairs and lend a hand wherever needed.
✓Previous holiday park and hot tub maintenance experience is essential along with a full UK driving licence. Package includes lodge accommodation onsite for the employee/partner and pets may be considered.
