MICE Events Operations
Description✓Are you passionate about travel, tourism, and the UK?! Our client is looking to recruit a creative, enthusiastic, forward thinking Events Operations Executive to join their MICE team to plan, co-ordinate and manage a wide range of private-corporate-events.
✓As you will be working with the Italian market, you must be Fluent in Italian!
✓You will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
✓* Look after the Incentive Market for UK & Ireland
✓* Produce competitive Incentive quotes for your clients
✓* Ensure that a healthy conversion rate is achieved at all times
✓* Keep yourself updated with product knowledge by attending trade events and meeting with your suppliers.
✓* Build relationships and maintain a great working relationship with your clients and suppliers.
✓* Create and confirm itineraries including all ground services.
✓Skill attributes:
✓* Fluency in English AND Italian is essential
✓* Experience in an inbound operator AND MICE is essential
✓* Excellent knowledge of the UK as a destination, in particular London.
✓* In depth knowledge of what London has to offer as a MICE destination
✓* Ability to research events, incentive, conference market.
✓* Proven experience of preparing presentations and operating incentive groups.
