✓Part Time - 20hrs
✓We are currently looking for a Receptionist to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide.
✓The Job
✓Receptionists have a varied and interesting role
✓The activities in a Leisure Centre are wide ranging and the involvement with people is continuous
✓This allows for an exciting day, using your skills on a diverse range of jobs
✓The primary objective of your role would be to:
✓*
✓Ensure that all the people who enter the Leisure Centre receive a friendly, polite and efficient service
✓*
✓Create a favourable first impression of the Leisure Centre
✓*
✓Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre
✓The Person
✓*
✓You will have strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide
✓*
✓You will ideally be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role
✓*
✓Capability in cash handling, customer relations and basic computer skills are essential requirements for this post
✓*
✓You must be friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care
✓*
✓You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
