✓Working hours of [Apply online only] Mon-Sat [one day off during the week if working a Saturday]

✓Key duties in this role will include:
✓Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively
✓These enquiries are inbound calls/emails and does not involve any cold calling.
✓Handle all new bookings with administrative support at processing stage.
✓Ensuring the smooth running of all holidays.
✓Having prior knowledge to ensure customers are fully confident in your travel advice.
✓Key Skills:
✓A passion for travel.
✓Strong organisational and time management skills
✓Willing to learn.
✓An excellent telephone manner.
✓Confident in communicating verbally and via e-mail.
