✓The hotel is well known in the area and has an excellent reputation for its hospitality, delivered through its restaurants, weddings, functions and events.

✓The Role
✓As the Food & Beverage Supervisor:-
✓* You will be assisting with coordinating all operational activities in relation to the food and beverage department, including conferences and banqueting.
✓* You will ensure that outstanding guest service is provided at all times, leading the team members by example in all aspects.
✓* Manage and direct team members in the delivery of smooth service.
✓* You will have strong team leadership skills with an eye for detail.
✓Previous food and beverage experience from within a luxury food service environment is preferred with the flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations as required.
