Job Description
The Senior Bookkeeper role provides day to day administration, processing, and bookkeeping support in order to maintain the efficient running of the Finance Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the monthly bank reconciliation in finding any differences in the bank balance
• Handle all the transactions of company and record them
• Process the day to day financial transactions of the organisation.
• Process heavy volume of transactions and check for accuracy and completeness.
• Company credit cards processing including chasing up for the receipts and posting them on the system.
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
• Collect and input company data • Manage and record all online payments, refunds, disputes.
• Recommend, manage and apply for support schemes available
• Issue and approve sales invoices for customers
• Allocate in a timely and accurate manner cash to customer invoices
• Reconcile host accounts
• Liaise with the customer service team and the wider team to ensure timely customer query resolution
• Process and approve supplier invoices, allocate payments
• Prepare and execute payment runs twice a week
• Provide administrative support during month end preparation
• Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• Book Keeper
- Essential
• Knowledge of Xero - Desirable
• Good excel skills- Essential
• Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English
• Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls and texts
• Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Possess superior customer relations skills and deliver complete hospitality to your guests
• Energetic and responsive - must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player but also able to work independently and set own priorities
