✓Our client is a leading technology based TMC who provide a fully integrated business travel and expenses solution.
✓Due an increase in business, they are now recruiting several Senior Business Travel Consultants who are fluent in German to native/mother tongue level.
✓Candidates must have experience working with a major GDS with good flights and fares knowledge gained within business travel, leisure, or the airline travel industries.
✓These roles are offered on a fully remote basis anywhere within the UK with part-time and full-time options available.
✓Senior Business Travel Consultants - Fluent German Speakers Responsibilities:
✓Assisting Business travellers with best-in-class personalized travel support, by helping them resolve issues before, during and after travel using the app as well as sabre and Amadeus this may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car and rail bookings.
✓Providing accurate and detailed fare information for hotel, flight, car and rail bookings, as needed.
✓Ensuring traveller requests are responded to within SLA requirements by navigating between chat and phone systems and the online travel tool.
✓Senior Business Travel Consultants - Fluent German Speakers Experience Required
✓Previous experience as a business travel consultant, leisure travel consultant or airline reservations agent is essential
✓Strong GDS experience, either Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
✓Fluency in both German plus English Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.

✓Competitive base salary ranging from £28,000 to £44,000 depending on experience and hours worked.
✓Fully remote within the UK.
