✓We're looking for a fantastic people manager to join our diverse and dynamic team as a Shift Manager

✓Your people skills will be key to your success by ensuring your team and customers feel valued and listened to.
✓As a Shift Manager, you will have ownership of the day to day operation of a busy airport car park
✓You will need to be able to engage and inspire members of the team, driving forwards the core principles of the business - Great Service, Ownership, Team Spirit, Innovation and Trust
✓You will ensure that the customer remains at the forefront of everything you do.
✓Working for Airparks no two shifts are ever the same, so you will be someone who can lead from the front, make a positive contribution through effective deployment of resources and get the best from your people through great communication skills together with utilising 1-2-1s, appraisals and team development.
