Spa Operations Manager
Description✓Adecco are so proud to be recruiting for a Spa Operations Manager within a luxurious client on the outskirts of Chester
✓You will be responsible demonstrate management of teams and can evidence how they have improved and increased revenue throughout their career as part of the role is motivating teams to upsell and maintain KPI's.
✓To be considered for this role, you must have a level 3 spa and beauty qualification
✓Salary: £30,000- £33,000
✓Location: Outskirts of Chester
✓Hours: 5 days out of 7, weekends required [40 hours]
✓Duration: Permanent

✓Develop an interesting and successful promotional activity programme ensuring that the reception team and therapy team drive revenue.
✓Take responsibility for the day to day running of the spa including, recruiting, training and maintaining standards of all staff including managing their rotas.
✓Support the Spa Director in all other aspects of the Spa business and be fully conversant with all aspects of operation and financial management
✓The role also involves responsibility of health and safety, to ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation throughout the spa.Key skills and experience:
✓Must have a level 3 spa and beauty qualification
✓Ability to motivate team - leading by example.
✓Ability to manage team.
✓Great communication skills.Due to location, you must be able to drive.
