✓Deliver high quality coaching session to our Girls Academy
✓You will plan, deliver, evaluate and measure innovative and engaging coaching sessions to challenge and develop players
✓You will monitor and evaluate player performance and provide formal feedback for players and parents/carers
✓On a matchday you will manage, coach, and assist a designated age-group as required by the training schedule and games programme.
✓This role will involve working evenings and weekends.
✓Your background
✓The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:
✓- UEFA B certificate in Coaching Football
✓- FA Youth Awards - Module 1, 2 and working towards module 3
✓- A recognised First Aid Qualification [FA Emergency Aid]
✓- FA Licenced Coaches Club Membership
✓It is also essential that you have experience of coaching female players and an understanding of The FA Girls England Talent Pathway.
