Training Coordinator
Description✓What a great opportunity if you have knowledge and experience working within Operations and with basic Tourplan, but wish to have a career change into Training!
✓Our client is a leading DMC specialising in inbound Tourism into the UK.
✓They are now offering an opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked for a DMC / Travel with basic Tourplan knowledge, to move into Training to help and support new starters.
✓This is a Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30hrs position.
✓Duties include
✓* Reviewing existing training manuals for internal use and updating them as necessary.
✓* Working with different departments to identify the need of training within that department and creating new ideas for development.
✓* Delivering system training for new employees of basic booking processes and introduction into Tourplan.
✓* Supporting the HR & Training Manager with new suggestions to view improve the current training system with the development of the company
✓* Helping HR & Training Manager to communicate any changes to the team in regards to internal policies, procedures and practices.
✓* Supporting members of staff from different departments with any questions and queries about training matters.
✓* Adapting quickly to fast paced working environment and having strong digital skills.
✓* Helping the Operations division [FIT & Groups departments] when and if need and keeping up with relevant changes.
✓* Hosting training sessions for any supplier programs, portals and booking processes supporting the Procurement team and updating the Operational Division.
✓* Provide 1:1 training sessions to staff when and if required.
