✓Main duties:
✓Responsible for organising travel arrangements and general itinerary fulfilment for ski or language tours in various destinations.
✓The Role:
✓- Help with booking enquiries via telephone
✓- Liaise with group leaders from booking stage until departure
✓- Liaise with accommodation centres and airlines regarding rooming requirements, meal arrangements, dietary requirements, passenger details etc.
✓- Assist groups by acting as a ‘Tour Rep’
✓- Present/attend schools events when required
✓- Visit resorts/destinations as and when required
✓The Candidate:
✓- Fluent in Italian [both written and spoken]
✓- Some admin experience
✓- Excellent communication and customer service skills
✓- Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
✓- Confident and outgoing personality
✓- Experience in the school travel industry or in ski/sport is desirable
