Our client is a leading up market tour operator specialising in high quality cruises and Escorted tours to worldwide destinations.
Due to growth and the introduction of new tours, they are now expanding sales team.
The role involves dealing with enquiries with clients and selling tours based in their requirements and budgets.
To be considered, candidates must have previous travel industry experienced gained sales or reservations.
Travel Sales Executives Responsibilities
Arranging worldwide leisure holidays & tours for clients
Creating tailor made itineraries, which includes booking flights, cruises, tours, hotels etc
Dealing with all customer service-related issues and offering advice to help resolve any problems.
Working to and exceeding set sales targets
Travel Sales Executive Experience Required:
Previous travel experience gained within sales or reservations roles is preferred although my client will consider well-travelled candidates seeking the opportunity to develop a career within the travel industry.
Must possess a professional telephone manner and the ability to develop.
Good sales and good customer service skills are essential.
Travel Sales Executives Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary £23,000 + Commission
Realistic earning potential is around 25-28,000
