✓About this opportunity
✓Immediate opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with either a Fashion Retail /Textile Printing background
✓You will join an award -winning market leader specialising in clothing and garments based in Cricklewood North West London.
✓This is a full -time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.30pm - please note that this role is 100% OFFICE BASED and during their busiest months -April-July you will be required to work over the weekend -this will involve working a Saturday and sometimes Sunday
✓As an Account Manager you will manage and oversee a large key account.
✓You will be the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to the key accounts, by building and maintaining strong long lasting customer relationships for existing customers as well as new ones based on trust and respect
✓You will answer customer enquiries via email, phone and face to face
✓You will be the main point of contact from quoting, taking the order, sampling and seeing the job through to production and despatch.
✓Key requirements for this role:
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience in customer account management, proven experience with developing new business from a number of existing clients, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
✓Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
✓Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
