Branch Manager
Description✓We are seeking a dynamic Branch Business Manager with excellent customer service experience, for an established industrial supplies business in North Lanarkshire.
✓Our client is a family-run business that provides a range of industrial supplies from janitorial products, workwear, P.P.E., company uniforms, sportswear and more
✓They are keen to bring on a Business Manager that will effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as manage sales and products.
✓This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing Workwear & Janitorial business
✓If you are a manager experienced in business and sales management, who has strong attention to detail and is driven to deliver profits, then we want to hear from you!
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓· Manage sales targets and profits
✓· Monitor orders & purchases
✓· Negotiate with suppliers
✓· Manage Sales & Warehouse staff
✓· Develop new business opportunities
✓· Liaise with Senior Management to implement plans
✓· Produce reports for Managing Director
✓· Source and order bespoke products
✓Requirements:
✓· Excellent customer service skills
✓· Previous experience in PPE/workwear sectors is advantageous
✓· Able to manage a small team effectively
✓· Strong, clear communicator
✓· Able to develop skills of staff across all departments
✓· Negotiation skills to secure best deals for the company
✓· Driven to motivate staff in order to hit goals
✓· Advanced computer literacy, Sage, Excel ect…
