Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Building Management Administrator to join the Team of one of our clients, a leading expert in real estate property management and building consultancy services
As Building Management Administrator, you will be required to oversee the day-to-day running of their London site, serving as the first point of contact
The ideal Building Management Administrator will have proven experience in an administration role, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and develop yourself and others.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day running of the site, which is a 537,000sq ft, Grade II Listed multi - let office building
*
Serve as the first point of contact
*
Manage office correspondence
*
Deal with emails, calls, letters and packages
*
Organise and schedule appointments
*
Plan and attend meetings and produce accurate minutes
*
Maintain filing system and Tenant/Contractor contact sheet
*
Health and Safety procedures
*
Maintain office supplies
Requirements:
*
Ability to work with other team members effectively
*
High levels of client engagement and customer services required, with good management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as third party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation
*
Attention to detail and high levels of occupier engagement and customer service will be required
*
Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages
*
Proactive, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role
*
Self management including showing initiative and meeting deadlines
*
