✓Bradford office based – with hybrid possibilities.
✓Salary is between £35,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE.
✓An amazing opportunity is now available for a Business Services Project Manager to join a great team in Bradford.
✓My client is an international industry leader with more than 150 years within logistics.
✓We are looking for someone who will add significant value within the business.
✓You will support the Head of Business Services, locally and regionally, to drive the improvement of the company’s quality and efficiency
✓As well as providing project management support, supporting other Business Service Managers, and ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and productivity.
✓About you!
✓* Must have experience in working with Senior Management.
✓* Must be able to work under pressure.
✓* Must have the ability to achieve strict deadlines.
✓* Need to have experience with Business Services related tasks.
✓* Knowledge of customs process is desirable.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Implementing and improving the standard working methods within the back office for Land Transport operations.
✓* You will act as Project Lead on assigned Business Service Department initiatives
✓This will include liaising with local Business Service Managers and colleagues to align actions and requirements.
✓* You will create Business Service KPI’s and oversee the continuous improvement activities involved in the improvement of productivity.
✓* Continually look for manual activities in the function and see how you can illuminate this.
✓* Create monthly performance reports across all elements of the Business Service function [L&S, Customer Service, ODM & OCL]
✓* Create business process documentation and work with the Business Service Managers to improve the daily process where necessary.

✓Necessary:
✓* Must be willing to travel up to twice a year nationally.
✓* The Regional Head Office meeting is held internationally each year, travel may be required.
✓* 3+ years’ experience in the industry/ former apprenticeship is desirable.
