Cleaning Manager
Description✓CCS Group are looking for an experienced reliable Area Cleaning Manager to join our team, covering sites across Slough Area.
✓CCS Group are expanding our company and are looking for a proactive forward-thinking character who copes well under pressure.
✓Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be reliable, flexible, punctual, and trustworthy.
✓Responsibilities:
✓· Day to day management of the cleaning staff and mobile cleaners.
✓· Day to day management of performance across the team including holiday and sickness cover
✓· Conduct regular reviews with all staff and ensure all staff are supported
✓· Overseeing all the site audits and ensure compliance is adhered
✓Candidate:
✓· Previous experience within a similar role is essential ideally 3 years within a management position
✓· Strong leader with good communications skills and confident in leading a team of cleaning operatives on a mobile basis
✓· Proactive approach and ability to make quick decisions while remaining customer focused
