Contract Manager [Material Handling Industry]

✓Core Activities:
✓* Manage the nominated Major Account customers as allocated to you.
✓* Produce and update as required: Operations Manuals, SLA’s and KPI reports for the relevant Major Account customers and ensure that these are distributed to customers and the service team.
✓* By analysing loss making information identify problem areas and implement corrective actions/recommendations to improve profitability
✓* Set up AIM contacts [for out of area 3rd party suppliers] and communicate as necessary
✓* Exploit all opportunities within the nominated accounts, this includes Sales [in conjunction with the account managers] STR, parts and service
✓* New trucks are correctly set up and contracts start on the correct date, grouped invoices are set up if required, customer fleet schedules are updated.
✓* Delivery schedules are circulated to the necessary depots.
✓* Administer early terminations and contract novations/addendums.
✓* Resolve any invoice queries.
✓* Coordinate truck delivery/installation between Sales & Operations.
✓* Where necessary liaise with other suppliers.
✓* Ensure that 3rd Party suppliers [other dealers] are meeting our service requirements/guarantees and take corrective action where improvement is required
✓* Implement a reporting procedure to ensure that other depots meet service requirements/guarantees.
✓* Carry out Site Reviews with major customers within agreed timescales.
✓* Assist local Service / Depot Managers with Planning/Forecasting/Budgeting MO contracts.
