✓Role: Contracts and Revenue Manager
✓Salary: up to £27,000 D.O.E
✓Location: Derby
✓Hours: Monday to Friday
✓We are recruiting for a Contract and Revenue Manager to join our clients finance team in Derby
✓The successful candidate will be working in a busy office environment as part of a small team to ensure accurate reporting and accounting of contracts
✓They will work closely with the customer delivery teams and the sales/account managers to interpret and record contracts accurately, as well as understanding the full commercial implications around delivery and customer requirements
✓This role is suitable for a commercially minded and confident administrator who has an eye for detail.
✓Main responsibilities:
✓* Work with wider finance team to ensure accurate billing as part of month end process
✓* Liaise with sales teams and customer delivery teams to ensure support tickets are processed for invoicing on a timely basis
✓* Review and/or calculate charges to be added to support tickets, ensuring they are agreed with Supplier/Customer
✓* Maintain accurate and up to date billing files for customers
✓* Facilitate timely communication with channel partners, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to minimise delays in processing
✓* Review and ensure accurate contract details are maintained on the contracts database
✓* Raise purchase orders for suppliers
✓* Promote continuous system improvement
✓* Ad hoc administrative duties to include [but not limited to]: hotel and travel bookings, and maintenance of records
✓Successful candidate: –
✓* Experience working within a Billing/Accounts team in a similar role would be ideal
✓* Experience in a contract administration role
✓* Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers is essential
✓* Responsible and willing to take ownership of work
✓* Good written and verbal communication skills
✓* Strong Excel skills and proficiency to adapt to new applications
